As you are aware, the London market is in strong demand and is a magnet for UHNW and institutional investors. For this, time is often an issue. It could be preferred, as mentioned above, to discretely scout the market on a clear instruction and mandate of a potential buyer. The advantage of this service is that if clear instruction and POF are already in place during the search, we are able to move faster and also it enables us to target assets that are not even on the market. On top of this we often find that realised prices are better if the buyer is not disclosed until the very last minute. The relative small cost for this service would be deducted from any commission payable at transaction.
